6.2. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

6.3. Noesis LLC reserves the right to change its fees upon reasonable notice.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Noesis LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
